setting up an appointment with the carpet cleaning service was straightforward and their communication was top-notch from start to finish, even keeping me updated when the cleaners, ruben and edward, were on their way. both ruben and edward, who arrived in charlotte, were friendly and highly professional. as a result, my carpet and sectional now look and smell incredible.

My carpet cleaning experience was fantastic. Josiah and Ruben were punctual, professional, and provided a fair quote for cleaning six rooms. The areas of the carpet that required additional attention looked great after their thorough cleaning. I would definitely use this carpet cleaning service in Charlotte again.

Excellent service! Swift yet meticulous. Clear pricing. Ruben was our carpet cleaner and he addressed all of my queries, he was not rushing just to finish the job. Edward and his assistant Josiah executed an excellent job! They diligently finished the work in less than 2.5 hours, even though my home spans multiple floors. The carpet looks and smells fantastic now, courtesy of Five Star Carpet Service. The white kitchen vinyl tile appears cleaner than the day we relocated to Charlotte.
