A few weeks ago I booked an appointment with Five Star Carpet Service to have the carpets in my home professionally cleaned. About 30 minutes before the appointment, I got a call letting me know they were on the way and even a little ahead of schedule. Ruben and Edward arrived, greeted us politely, and did a full walkthrough to check the carpeted areas and see exactly what needed attention. This was my first time using Five Star Carpet Service, and I was really impressed with the carpet cleaning service. Ruben was friendly, professional, and right on time. He also did a full walk-through with me first, asked about any spots or problem areas, and then got started right away. Ruben went above and beyond with stain treatment and paid close attention to every detail. My carpets came out much cleaner and f... read more
Amazing carpet cleaning service for our commercial property. The team always shows up on time, looks professional, and does very thorough work. Every visit has turned out great, and the carpets look refreshed, cleaner, and well cared for. They do a great job explaining the process, working effi... read more

The written estimate was very fair an... read more
