I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service. When I called to set up an appointment, a real person answered right away and was friendly, helpful, and professional, which made the process easy from the start. We picked a day and time that worked well, and Howard arrived within the scheduled window. Howard was polite, skilled, careful, and efficient throughout the visit. He took the time to do a deep, thorough cleaning of my carpeted stairs and sectional sofa, and the results were excellent. The carpet fibers looked refres... read more

i honestly did not think this kind of carpet cleaning and carpet rejuvenation was possible. It looked so refreshed and renewed that it felt almost like the carpet had just been installed. The deep cleaning made a huge difference, and the whole ... read more

We first hired Five Star Carpet Cleaning for our home when we moved in, and the results were excellent. Devin was very knowledgeable and clearly cares about carpet cleaning. He explained how much soap residue the previous c... read more

From the moment Five Star Carpet Cleaning was on the way, they kept me updated on their arrival and showed up early in the time window they promised. Brent and Ryan were friendly, professional, and respectful of my home and my time. They walked me through the carpet cleaning options in simple terms so I could choose what worked best for my needs and budget. The whole service felt smooth and well organized, and they paid close attention to the high traffic areas and pet spots. My carpet had been through a lot with four cats a... read more

Devin and Christopher did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in our three bedrooms. They walked us through the carpet cleaning process, checked the rooms carefully for spots and high-traffic areas, and got started right away. They used corner guards and hose bumpers to help protect the floors, walls, and trim while working, which showed real care and attention to detail. After the cleaning was done, they placed the nightstands on foam risers so the carpet could dry properly and stay protected. The whole service felt thorou... read more
