I had a wonderful experience with the carpet cleaning service. Roger was fantastic and didn’t try to push any extra charges on me, which was refreshing compared to other companies. He did a thorough job, even going back over the room where there were pet stains. A little tip: getting a new puppy and moving into a new house at the same time can be quite a challenge, but our puppy is adorable and we love him. I can't recommend this carpet cleaning service enough! I've had my carpets cleaned multiple times, and they've always done an excellent job. Recently, just before a big event at my home, I reached out for some extra help. They came over the same afternoon, picked up my outdoor cushions, cleaned them thoroughly, and even fixed a burn hole perfectly. They returned everything the day before the party, which was such a relief! They did a fantastic job getting rid of all the stains. Great customer service all around!
I know this might seem unusual, but I arranged for a carpet cleaning service as a surprise for my dad's birthday. Our old cat had an accident on the basement carpet, making it pretty uncomfortable down there. Since the basement was my dad's favorite spot, the odor really affected him. They not only eliminated the smell but also offered to clean a few additional area rugs we had without charging us anything extra. Their service was fantastic, and they were truly kind.
