I would highly recommend this carpet cleaning service. They are very professional and easy to work with. After I scheduled the appointment, they quickly sent a text confirmation with the upcoming service details and a two-hour arrival window for the technician. On the day of service, I also received a helpful reminder about the carpet and blind cleaning appointment. I have used this service for regular carpet cleaning and blind cleaning, and the whole process has always been smooth and well organized. Jared in the office wa... read more

I’ve used several carpet cleaning services over the years, and most did a decent job, but this experience really stood out. The technician, Roger, clearly explained the carpet cleaning process, the treatment steps, and what to expect before getting started. I was especially worried about a pet accident spot in the carpet, but the stain and odor are now completely gone. The whole service felt professional, thorough, and easy from start to finish. Roger had excellent customer service, was friendly, and made me feel confident t... read more

Five Star Carpet Cleaners has been amazing to work with for our home and several rental properties. The work was thorough, the carpet looked fresh and renewed, and the turnaround time helped us keep everything ready when we needed it. They consistently met difficult deadlines, communicated clearly... read more

Frederick did an excellent job cleaning my light berber carpets in three bedrooms. He showed up right on time, explained the carpet cleaning process clearly, and worked hard to lift old spots and traffic marks. My carpets look much fresher, brighter, and almost like new again. The low-moisture cleaning method worked far better than the steam cleaning services I had used before, and the rooms dried quickly, which was very convenient. I also appreciated how carefully he protected my white baseboards and walls during the servic... read more

I am very impressed with Derek and how well he removed a double espresso stain from my ivory linen dining room chairs. The whole process was smooth, from setting up the appointment to the final pickup. Derek arrived right on time, called from the driveway so I could open the garage, treated the chairs with care, deep cleaned them thoroughly, and sanitized them as well. He also sent a text when the work was finished, which made everything easy and convenient. The results were excellent, and the chairs looked fresh and spotles... read more
