Dean and Fernando are stereo scientists! They go the extra 10 miles and do very thorough work. I would not trust anyone else to work on my stereo. Very knowledgeable. We need many more Dean and Fernandos in the world of car stereo!! Love the videos as well. Can't say enough about 5 star. They get 10 gold stars!!!! Paul and Dean are both very knowledgeable about the products that they carry. Prices are reasonable and fair. I reviewed and visited several other vendors in the local area and noted it was with different personnel each time, with different pricing - not good, if not confusing. With Star Stero, you are dealing with Paul, if not Dean. I followed Paul's recommendation, and replaced my factory audio (Panasonic) with the newest Pioneer w/rear view camera.
