We purchased our new shoremaster boat lift and pier system and worked with Juaquin, it was a fantastic experience.
We went to the chicago boat show to shop for our new pontoon boat. after visiting several dealers we found two things...a- the pontoons looked mostly the same and b the amped up sales approach of most dealers was insane. after checking out the larson pontoons we fell in love. patrick (who i believe is the owner),was very informative and had a wealth of product knowledge. his professional approach was much appreciated after dealing with all the nonsense from the other guys. They checked on every boat during the unusual flooding this summer, to my surprise, the place didn't flood that bad. Once the waters receded they had it cleaned up literally in days. Great job guys, glad i choose to be at this marina.

My family purchased a small inexpensive boat from five star so we could try out boating to see if we liked it and if we did, upgrade in a few years to a larger more expensive model. The guys at fs did an amazing job of going over the boat with us, throwing in a bunch of free bees and helping us out. When our boat had a small service issue, they were on it right away. Great job guys, if we like it, we will be back !
Ordered a new canvas for the used boat I bought from them. It was compleated 2 months late, after constant lies to me about progress. They took full payment before I could see it. It was made compleatly wrong, it is useless, and thier resolution was to buy another one from them. I also paid them to get the boat water ready, confirmed it was water ready, cost me 500.00 to rescue my boat as it floated away with no gas.
Great place to keep your boat. Helpful staff. Nice bathrooms and great Painting, they keep the place looking fresh.
