We just had our shower remodeled and could not be happier! From the start with Heidi our sales lady coming to our home bringing all the samples to chose from,the quality of the materials the company uses feels much stronger, compared to other businesses! And Heidi beat their price by over a $1000 dollars. Also the project manager Maynor And his installers Frank & Jason did an excellent job,everything was covered up while they were working and cleaned up afterwards! The salesperson, Royce was very polite and helpful with his presentation, he answered all of my questions, explained the process, I was pleased with the estimate, and signed the contract. I was notified of start date and Frank, the installer started the work. Frank ended up working alone, did not take any breaks, was competent and also kind, answered all of my questions. They moved my bathroom remodel a week ahead which I appreciated. They were fast and efficient, they asked me questions as to where I would like the fixtures. Overall pleasant experience.
The name says it all! From beginning to end - the team at Five Star were phenomenal. There were glitches - as with any project - but the employees all responded immediately and truly care about their clients. Huge shoutout to Maynard in particular who went above and beyond consistently!
