We first met the Five Star team at the St. Charles Home Show and discussed our need for a shower replacement. Our 25 year old shower stall was well worn and inadequate in meeting our mobility needs. After a thorough review of the Five Star plan, we accepted and couldn't be happier. Our new shower is beautiful and fully functional, meeting all our needs. Chris, our installer, was friendly and professional. We highly recommend the team at Five Star Bath Solutions.
We had spoken with a few different contractors to redo our master bathroom and then we met Five Star Bath Solutions, we were impressed with what they said and made the decision to move forward. The work they completed was more than we ever expected. They found multiple issues and they fixed them all, with no increase! Everything they said the would do was done and in the timeframe they mentioned and was agreed upon. Our new master bathroom was a transformation! Two weeks later and we are still thrilled and impressed.
My bathroom needed work done asap Five Star Bath Solutions of St. Louis came in and did a great job. My bathroom is just so beautiful now. Justin is the guy that did it, he is so kind respectful and a great worker. I couldn't have asked for a better job. WELL DONE!!!!
Five Star Bath Solutions is a reputable company. They did a great job on my bathroom. I would definitely refer them to other people.
Overall had a good experience except it is a little difficult to contact representatives (didn't respond to calls/emails) and company which transferred twice. Once contacted, there were no issues. Installer Chris M was wonderful; he explained process and answered our questions. He arrived promptly, laid protective covering on all floors, when left for the day straightened bathroom so it could be used and upon projects completion, he completely cleaned the bathroom and swept all floors where coverings were laid.
