I do not recommend this company based purely on moral standard. I had other appointments with a few other companies to get quotes. When I decided to go with one of those companies instead of 5 star bath, I called to cancel my appointment. While I was speaking with the representative she started bad mouthing other local competitors instead of just asking who I decided to go with and why. So happy! My bathroom now looks amazing. I have an older home and Adrian and Nelson had some obstacles to overcome in order to get this project finished and they did a great job! Matt, the Project Manager, also went above and beyond to make sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. Thank you all !
I can't even express how pleased I am with 5 Star Bath Solutions. Our bathroom far exceeds our expectations. The guys were so nice, professional, and they managed to keep the house clean throughout the process. I would recommend 5 Star to anyone and I will definitely be a repeat customer when it is time to remodel our other bathrooms
We were so happy with how our bathroom turned out. The 5 star team of Matt, Adrian, and Nelson did a fantastic job. They were all professional, polite and great at what they do. Always kept us updated on the progress and would use them again in the future. Thank you all for a job well done. You exceeded our expectations.
I absolutely can not say enough about how much I love my new and updated shower! It is perfect! Nelson, Tony and Matt did such an amazing job. The were meticulous, clean, professional and saw my vision and made it come true. Their workmanship was pristine! It was an absolutely pleasure working with the entire team! I just can't thank them all enough :)
