Thanks to Five Star Bath Solutions for my parents wonderful new walk in shower. Jackson, the salesperson, was wonderful to work with. The installers, Nelson and Josh, were professional, polite, and pleasant. My Mom enjoyed conversing with them and hearing about their families. They informed us throughout the process and checked with us to be sure everything was the way we wanted it. There was a small issue after installation that was corrected quickly. We definitely would recommend Five Star Bathroom Solutions.

Josh and Nelson did an outstanding job on our bathroom. They were professional, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond the call of duty in providing exceptional service. If you're looking to have your bathroom upgraded, give them a call.

Our shower has gone from dated to beautiful. Thanks to Five Star Bath Solutions the process was easy and fun. Other companies were high pressure, but Jackson, the salesperson, was easy to work with. The installers, Nelson and Josh, were dynamic, skilled, professional, polite, and pleasant to have in our home. They kept us informed throughout the installation and checked with us to be sure everything was the way we wanted it. We definitely recommend Five Star Bathroom Solutions.

From the start, the 5 Star Bath team were true RockStars. We had an urgent medical need for the install, and they worked closely with us to get the project done in a time frame that worked for us. They arrived at the time agreed upon and got right to work. The install lasted three days. During that time, they stayed in close contact with us on what was happening and what we still needed to do.
