Five Star Bath Solutions is a very appropriate name. The professionalism from the sales to the installation were all topnotch. We were kept informed by them as we kept them informed while the VA was approving what was to be done. All was approved and we got scheduled in a timely manner. They completed tearing out the tub and installing the shower in one day. Only 2 glitches. My wife wanted the faucet to turn on the other direction. Done quickly. Workman ship from the contractors was great. Left everything clean and beautiful done. I would give them a five. Customer service from the company was not so great. They had no communication with me and didn't call me to see if I was satisfied with my bathroom.
I initiated my rebuild of my forty year old half bath off my master bedroom Dec 19th, 2025. A couple of weeks were skipped due to the holidays. The project including final city inspection was completed February 24th. Everything went perfectly with the schedule 5 Star Bath Solutions laid out. The work crew were professional and efficient, and what impressed me most was there were two small glitches that came up and 5 Star resolved them both within one day of their recognition.
