I have had a very bad experience with the service I received from 5 Star. I had them redo my main bathroom several years ago. The installation did not go well. There were several delays due to product availability. What was supposed to take 2 days took weeks to complete. The quality of work was subpar by far. I don’t believe that they use licensed plumbers. I have had leaks since the renovation. They have not responded to any calls or emails to correct the issue. I attempted to call and the number is invalid. Again terrible ... read more

It looks like we’re not the first people to have this experience — something I really wish we had known beforehand. We had work done in 2024, and to be fair, the workmanship itself was beautiful. It was a significant upgrade from what we had before. What really sold us was the lifetime warranty. I had a great experience with 5 Star bathroom solutions, they went above and beyond taking care of my bathroom restoration. I did notice a slight scratch at the top on one of the bathroom shower panels about a week later and have tried 5 times to contact customer service. Talked twice to someone answering calls, left messages and even called the person in charge for customer service, no response. I just like to get this resolved. Five star solutions installed my two showers, I got the lifetime warranty, I reached out to fivestar to honor that warranty for replacement parts, 1and half month 6 phone calls and to this day no one has reached out or shown up they just keep telling me someone will contact me in 2-3 business days. I read other reviews after the fact and saw that this is a normal thing for them to not respond to customers call or inquires or fix any issues that develops.
