We received a quote. Kate is a WONDERFUL person and extremely helpful with every question we asked of her. We are going to wait to upgrade for now, but I WILL recommend Kate to my friends that will be looking to upgrade their bathrooms in the future!!

We recently had a walk-in shower installed by Five Star Bath Solutions. The work was completed in two days as promised. Latchman was the lead installer and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and kept us informed of the job’s progress throughout. He was courteous, respectful, and ensured our home was kept as clean as possible during the installation. We highly recommend this truly professional business if you are thinking of having a walk-in shower installed.

We just wanted to thank Five Star Bath Solutions. They delivered an amazing tub/shower conversation. Our sales rep (Lincoln) went above & beyond answering all our questions & concerns. Our installers (Latchman & Ram), were friendly and did a great job & kept us informed all through the process. When one of the parts arrived with a scratch, they promptly ordered a new one & replaced it as soon as a new one arrived.
