I’ve never had a problem with online booking. I’ve been coming here for about a year now. And lately their customer service has been wack. Cancel my appt not once but twice and then provide me with a new appt is no no. If there is open availability online and they can’t take the appt then they need to update their online system and be more organized. SMH I’ll take my money somewhere
They don't know how to do haircut and trim beard and they messed my haircut and beard. I recommend everyone don't ever go there.
