It’s hard to leave because the staff is so amazing. I have all my accounts with five star bank because of this location.
The repoed my deceased mother's car after a month! I sent them all the paperwork and contacted them several times telling them we were going to sell the car and repay the loan. They never even called to ask for payment even though they had my info. Horrible bank and disrespectful customer service. Don't die while banking here.
