I’ve been with Five Star for quite some time now, and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. Over the past year they have had a newer staff there and a new manager, and the changes that I have seen are just remarkable. Wonderful staff! Anytime I come in I'm welcomed with nothing but pleasant greetings and everyone is always so helpful. Someone recently stole my bank card and I was worried the charges wouldn't be disputed, but the tellers were both patient and helpful with getting all the information I needed and helping me with the process.
Rudest customer experience. Ladies at the desk had the worst attitude. So sad how this place changed. Will be banking somewhere else.
