This bank is the absolute worst in Buffalo NY, I would give it negative 10stars if I could. I would recommend anyone who has a auto loan through this bank that you seek attorney advice and start a class action lawsuit against them. I am currently working with one to figure out what to do. They are so hard to work with impossible to make a payment without a fee or online, which is crazy in 2025. I have THOUSANDS in fees added to the “end”of my loan. I just left a five star Bank (Sheridan dr) i go in to make a payment on my truck. Two people are being taking care of, but i notice that one person is chatting about dogs and they continue talking about Dogs. The bank representative didnt speed up.
