I have been a member of this bank since 2018 and I have never had an issue with them. All of the staff have always been friendly to me. Never have to wait long at all. My debit card got hacked once and they fixed it right away and ordered me a new card and I got my money back. The only downside is I couldn’t get hooked up with Zelle using this bank. Pretty sure they are a smaller, local Buffalo bank so that could be why.
Been a Five Star customer for over 30 years ....obviously I think it's a great place in which to do business! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been trying to change my automatic debit date for my car loan for months. I have sent emails multiple times and am told that they have not been received. It does not make sense that the date can not be changed over the phone or online like with so many other banks. I really wish I would have known how hard dealing with this bank was before I took an auto loan with them
