This bank is the absolute worst in Buffalo NY, I would give it negative 10stars if I could. I would recommend anyone who has a auto loan through this bank that you seek attorney advice and start a class action lawsuit against them. I am currently working with one to figure out what to do. They are so hard to work with impossible to make a payment without a fee or online, which is crazy in 2025. I have THOUSANDS in fees added to the “end”of my loan. I just left a five star Bank (Sheridan dr) i go in to make a payment on my truck. Two people are being taking care of, but i notice that one person is chatting about dogs and they continue talking about Dogs. The bank representative didnt speed up. They continued talking about dogs. Well, a person i assume was the bank manager told me that ill be taking care of soon. I waited another 10 minutes when another person came up and finally helped me. Attempted to pay my car note via the website. They have my old telephone number. Called to update it. Told me I had to send private data over an unsecured email or go in. I said I would go in and change and asked them if they would take payment over the phone and waive the fee for my inconvenience. Not only do the call center reps support corporate greed they're complicit. I was yelled at like I wasn't even human. This bank needs to be investigated.
I've had a fantastic experience with this bank. The customer service is top-notch, friendlyand I appreciate the convenience of their online banking platform. Highly recommend!
