Supposedly this company automates water management for Public Water Systems. However, for the past 6 months I cannot get them to respond or actually fix our issues with this HMI/PLC they installed for our small town. Mind you we provide water to the public, but these guys do not take it seriously! Our tank alarms were not working and their programmer could not fix them, I had to figure it out myself and I am brand new to water!
