5* service from a 5* company. From my first telephone enquiry through to picking my car up after repair I received a courteous, knowledgeable and transparent service. Diagnostic check revealed the problem, parts were sourced expediently and the work was completed with the working day. Costs were related to me before any work was undertaken and those costs were extremely competitive. I whole heartedly recommend 5* Auto Centre.
5* are probably one of the best garages around, yes they're prices may seem steep, but they're customer service is second to none. If you've got issues beyond your control, they'll fight tooth and nail to make sure you get the best outcome.
Stop parking your customer cars across the street outside our house!! We do not have any association with 5 star auto yet day after day they leave customer cars outside our and neighbouring front doors knowing full well that cars get scratched and damaged parking here. If I was a customer I’d be fuming. Definitely never taking my car here, 0 respect. I’m sure this is also the same place that was closed down not too long ago having been raided for a cannabis farm!!?
