I've used these vacuums before. Sign says $1.50 to start, and it usually costs me about $2.25 total to vacuum my car. This time I used Tap to Pay and did the same 4-minute vacuum as usual. The suction is weak and the equipment is worn out, but it gets the job done. Imagine my surprise when I checked my account and saw a $10 charge for 4 minutes of a weak vacuum. The guy working on 4/26/26 went above and beyond! He basically hand washed our truck before we even went through the car wash! We will definitely be back!
Currently getting car washed right now in the drive thru area and came at last minute (didn’t realize ) and the guy helping me is Alex I assumed they had ATM so I could pull cash out for a tip and they didn’t so maybe that’s something business owner can add or an option for cashapp or Venmo for the workers as way to add a tip .. anyways these guys have always been great just be nice to have options to be able to tip !!
Vacuums are terrible, very little suction.
