Brought my 2022 BMW M440i into Five Star Auto Repair and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They took care of what I needed, and I left confident everything was done right. I also had the chance to chat with the owner before I left. My AC wasn't consistently blowing hot air and Five Star quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue at a fair price. I highly recommend this shop.

4/5 stars only because I did not receive services here but I was in the process of starting to get work done and the situation changed (worked out). This is one of those scammy repair shops called I’m trying to get a quote for a transmission fluid and maybe filter swap and the person over the phone trying to convince me that I need to pay a extra 115$ for a inspection basically doubling the simple maintenance request, a shop that can’t do simple maintenance shouldn’t be touching your car honestly, they will try to get over on you. And then he tried to gas light me and blame it on me asking about cost of other maintenance work. I would not go here
