They came out and fixed my dryer super quickly at a very reasonable price, under $100. Also took a look at my fridge and gave me some tips on how to keep it running good. I have been referring them to many people since then.
I called 5 Star Appliance Repair on my way to work, desperate to have my dryer repaired. Despite the fact that it was POURING in LA, Steve came the same day and fixed my dryer. I wasnt home, so Steve had to find my house (not easy), then connect with my friend to get let in, and then figure out what the problem was. It was a easy solution and although a new part would fix the issue, he explained to me over the phone how to shut the door so the dryer would start - and save over $300 in parts to fix it. Finally found a repair company that knows what they are doing, shows up on time and won't charge you a ridiculous amount for the repair. I've tried other local repair companies and was ripped off. Five Star Appliance is by far the best! I will never use anyone else.
I was amazed when the technician showed up on time and had everything needed to complete the repair that same day.The tech that showed up,Steve was the same guy that used to come out when All Star Maytag used to do my repairs.Turns out when All Star closed Steve opened a service company..That is good news.Steve is very polite,and always knows how to take care of my appliance issues...I will tell everyone I know to use Five Star for their appliance service needs.
