Technician came out the same day I called and was ready to repair right away. I'm very happy with how quickly they diagnosed the issue and had parts on hand to remedy the situation. Will definitely call on them again in the future.
Late on a Sunday evening out A/C stopped working and it was a really hot day and still hot that evening. Called Boykin Air Conditioning Services and left a message. Within a a few minutes I was speaking with a technician and he said he would be at my house in 20 to 30 minutes. He arrived and immediately began diagnosing the problem. He got our system back up and running in less than an hour. He had to replace the main capacitor in the outside unit.
Very good experience from start to finish. The people were very nice, professional and prepared. Quick professional and courteous service late on a Friday afternoon when our A/C broke down. Highly recommend.
