6 month check up, tech found an issue and was able to fix. Used to have 3 year plan, was reduced to an annual plan as only choice, increased price substantially.

The experience was a pleasant one. The technician were prompt, respectful and knowledgeable about the job. They installed the unit, walked me through the functions and educated me on the unit before leaving. They clean behind themselves, leaving my home clean. I would definitely recommend Boykin to anyone.

Bryan and his crew are hands-down the best in around. Friendly, knowledgeable, quality work, and fast service. I thought we were facing a very cold weekend without heat, but they got here 30 minutes after I called and got us all squared away. I can't recommend Boykin Air Conditioning Service enough.
