6 month check up, tech found an issue and was able to fix. Used to have 3 year plan, was reduced to an annual plan as only choice, increased price substantially.

The experience was a pleasant one. The technician were prompt, respectful and knowledgeable about the job. They installed the unit, walked me through the functions and educated me on the unit before leaving. They clean behind themselves, leaving my home clean.
