Customer service is subpar; they advertise being kid friendly but won’t accept kids under 10. That’s should be something that is stated on the page but just keep in mind all kids are not the same
We had a last minute need of a haircut for my husband. He has a big meeting at work and he got off late today so his regular barber was not an option. Zion graciously let us in late and did an amazing job on my husband’s hair. He took his time and did a phenomenal job. We have found our NEW barber! Thank you so much Zion!
