The older lady working there today is very rude! I was so surprised to be talked to and treated in such an unprofessional manner.
If I could give this place a zero, I absolutely would. The older lady that runs this store was very rude. She began with a family member with being very harsh when asked if she had a restroom. Next issue was that I have a tiny service dog that is a hypoallergenic toy poodle that I hold in my arm. She walks up and says “is that a dog”? I am used to people approaching him in a loving manner, so I smile and say, “yes ma’am”. The lady that works here is extremely knowledgeable. I went in with an idea of what I wanted to achieve and she recommended the right product.
Wandered in and politely asked if a restroom was available 37 weeks pregnant with my toddler, I’m not from the area. An older woman working at the desk was on a personal phone call and rudely responded “no” like that was obvious, with an eye roll and shrugged me off to leave. You’d think for a quaint small cute town there would be a tiny bit of kindness and compassion. Not that I am entitled to use a restroom just because I am 9 months pregnant with a toddler, but it doesn’t take much to be a little nice and professional.
