Was hesitant about going to the ER for a tooth infection as the reviews were pretty bad, but staff and nurses were very nice and the wait time to be seen was very fast. Doc was easy to talk to and got the issue taken care of.
Pocahontas really needs a better serving ER..
Triage nurse and doctor would not listen to complaint and were condescending during the whole time.
Me and my fiance went to the emergency room here in Pocahontas AR. My fiance is high risk pregnancy and the staff made us wait for 45 minutes in the waiting room before we walked out and went somewhere else. New name of hospital should be five rivers death center.
My daughter and I were involved in a car accident and we went here for treatment. The entire staff was so helpful, and extremely nice.
