This company lacks integrity, making empty promises, and is a complete waste of time. I tried to run an insurance claim through them + get some extra work done, and despite weeks and weeks and weeks of promises, along with call after call after call following up with where we were at, I am still no closer to getting this resolved (first call was May 12th, it is now July 16th, that's over 2 MONTHS to take care of a simple insurance claim). Five R always kills it! I’ve had a bunch of work done on my truck over the years and haven’t had any problems from their work. They are very knowledgeable, as they’ve worked on so many custom trucks, and always have suggestions on what to do to achieve what I want. The upgraded steering bar they put on my truck always gets complements from mechanic friends. Highly suggest going to Five R if you want any aftermarket/custom truck work done!
Had front suspension issues on my diesel, tire sensor replace, truck realigned, 5Rtrucks is the place for all your truck needs, the staff are very fast service, knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, they took the time to explain very detailed issues and what was repaired, also answered all my questions on whats best for my rig highly highlyrecommended!!!! Took my truck in to discuss raising my front suspension another inch and fully expected to move forward with it. My truck was already leveled/lifted a little in the front but I wanted to try to get 1 more inch out of the setup which would have topped it out.
