The staff at this medical clinic is not responsible and not professional at all. I spoke to Rashin yesterday regarding my test results and she said she will call me for sure by the end of the day. I waited for her whole evening, she never called me. Very disappointed.

I went in to the clinic last week for check up and Dr Oveisi literally said that he would make a referral for me to go to the OBGYN. I called the OBGYN’s clinic to check if the referral went through — NOTHING! I called the Five Points med clinic to ask for it and the receptionist said that I need book for another appointment to ask for Dr. Oveisi’s referral. OMGGGG that is so frustrating.
