Friendly and amazing service! Been going there for more than ten years. No other car wash does such an detailed job of getting rid of my water spots. Other washes charge an arm and leave my car dirtier than I drove in with. Definitely worth my long trip each time!
The location in ventura california on telegraph is crap. There was a blackman accepting cars and when my dad who is white and disabled arrived he was made to wait while others arriving after him were taken first. He went inside to talk to a manager to let him know that this is the second time this has happened. The manager (who is hispanic) could only say that it sounds like my dad wanted something free and the manager had a really bad attitude. All he wanted was the guy spoken to and a reassurance that it wouldn't continue.... read more
I have went here regularly. I am pleased with how clean my car is after a visit to 5 Points. I never leave valuables in the car. Plus - coupons on VONS receipts give a $3 discount. Great deal! Don't go on a Friday afternoon, they get too busy and rush, service not as good as other times. Overall, I recommend 5 Points Car Wash.
I have only gone three times. After the first visit, my driver's side carpet was ripped !! I really take excellent care of my vehicle and it wasn't me who ripped the carpet. On the third visit, while driving the next day, I found my antenna poking me in the rear because they had THROWN it on the driver's seat and there was black soot all over the seat and onto my clothing. They are sloppy and I would NOT feel safe there after these two incidents.
Had an item taken from car after the wash, went back the next day to discuss the possibilities with management and they told me they would do nothing except check the cameras. As if cameras will see inside the vehicle... The guy that manages the car washers in the front is friendly and great, but the guy that administers the invoices is unfriendly and rude.
somebody stole my credit cards!!!!!!! – i went in and got a carwash and i left my wallet in there accidently...and i didnt look in my wallet til like two days later,all my credit cards were missing!.ive heard of this happening there,jus thought it would never happen to me and i ususally dont leave my wallet for that reason...hate that place and i will make sure anybody i know NEVER GOES THERE!
