Recently, received a Home Equity loan. Was referred to Doug Flores, by the man who financed my mortgage. I didn't specify how fast I needed this (MY FAULT), but Doug "Jumped Thru Hoops" to get me the results I needed! He even went OUT OF HIS WAY to deposit my funds in MY financial institution! I will be ABSOLUTELY contacting Tyler Simpson to help me with my retirement CD's. I hope you enjoyed the treats!
Went to this bank for the first time after having been to a few others. The clerk who helped was very helpful and everything was pain free. Nice location as well right next to Freddie's and in front of Kohl's.

I feel Five Points Bank is a smaller community bank that prides themselves on considering each individuals needs. They listen and present all options available. I refer them to anyone that needs a banker or loan officer that listens and takes the time to help them with their individual needs. Great work 5 Points.
