I purchased a Groupon in an effort to find a regular massage therapist. I tried to contact Ian beginning in July. Ian said he didn’t have any availability until August. I tried to schedule a few times with no response. I tried to schedule again today and was told the first available was September. But my Groupon expires 8/27. I told him I had been trying to schedule since July and the Groupon would expire. I asked if he could get me in before the Groupon expired. Not good response in a timely manner. I had so much trouble setting up an appointment he kept rescheduling then when we finally were about to go he cancelled the same day a few hours before. I tried to reschedule again but he never responded. Horrible, I lost 95 dollars because he did not respond anymore. I would not recommend this place at all.

Didnt fill out forms, didnt follow my requests. Draping was insufficient and honestly it felt uncomfortably handsy at times. Body sore from massage.

Felt a little weird that there it is just a room and no waiting area or anything. Didn't fill out any forms and he didn't ask many follow up questions about what I needed. Also didn't get the full hour my Groupon paid for...really nice guy just would have preferred a little more hospitality.
