Had to cancel an appointment due to an impending thunderstorm, which would've made it unsafe to travel home. Unfortunately, this business does not honor this reason as legitimate (yet does acknowledge other emergencies) and insisted on charging me the 75% cancellation fee. There are other reputable acupuncture and cupping clinics to consider. I would suggest doing so. Excellent massage. Lenny really listened to what I needed and we worked together for the best and most healing experience.
Honestly I'm leaving this review now because I'm feeling sad about not feeling comfortable about returning to Five Point. When I first found them I was so excited. I was trying to navigate chronic pain and everyone I interacted with made me feel so welcomed and like I was finally in good care. I have seen Nathan, Khadijah & Ryan and have truly felt heard and seen by all of them. Khadijah always listens to my emotional connections to physical symptoms and would help me to continue to connect the dots. Ryan went above and beyond my expectations, embracing my spiritual insights and giving me treatments that opened my mind to the power of acupuncture. And my mind was already very open!
