If you’re looking to book with Nathan, do it! The Unwinding session is a profound experience and Nathan provided me with tools I can implement into my daily regime. Customer service is beyond excellent! Sun is the beautiful human upfront that makes you immediately feel welcomed and sets the vibe for your entire visit 🥰
beautiful space and kind people. the community acupuncture was a bit stressful for my first time, theres a lot of people in the space and there was a time i pressed the button they gave me to alert them i needed something and the practitioner didn’t come for maybe 10 or 15 minutes, and then didn’t know that i had pressed the button. i didn’t feel personally attended to very much, which was sort of a bummer but the acupuncture itself was helpful in relieving some of the tension i had come in with (nerve pain in my legs)
Five Point is by far my favorite group of health workers! Everyone is kind, happy to be working with you and you walk out feeling amazing. The business model is a type that's squarely focused on the clients and letting the practitioners earn a living wage, so you just WANT to see them thrive.
Everyone here is amazing from the front desk staff to the practitioners. Especially Katelyn! She has such a warm and welcoming aura! She takes her time to listen to my concerns and explains everything in detail. Her recommendations are consistently helpful. She’s always making sure I’m comfortable during my sessions.
