I have been a patient with Five Parks Dental for the last 7 to 8 years going for regular twice annual check ups and without any other dental issues. Over the last couple of years, I have not had insurance and without any dental concern, I didn't see the need to have xrays nor any service beyond a normal cleaning. I passed on xrays 6 months ago and this last visit, as I passed again, they had me sign a release of liability. Seemed ridiculous but oh well.
