Saturday night (26Aug2017) was my wife's birthday. I planned to surprise her with our kids at 5 Palms restaurant in Tucson. We have been there before and it was nice. We arrived and sat on the 2nd floor patio with a beautiful view of surroundings for a drink. A table was booked for fine dining downstairs. This is where it started. The waiter took about 30minutes to bring us a drink menu. He never come back to take the order. Other customers around were waiting as well and left, probably for another place.
