Don't move here they raise rent . Last year rent was $375 they raised rent to $500 now this year it's $700 there hoping everyone leaves so you can't pay rent so they can take your home from you I wonder how much it is going to be next year everybody needs to take action to the government to change this these people are awful first they so take care of there roads

Streets are not maintained at all and in horrible condition. They never salt at all.
Winter time with them is horrible. They do not clean the roads. Middle schools and high schools kids have to walk to the Oneida entrance and it’s dangerous for them since they don’t clean and salt good. Management never answers calls. I know multiple people that call and they never get their calls answered.
I have resided in this park for over six years, and the previous management was exceptional. However, approximately one year ago, the park was acquired by Osprey. The current manager's performance is unsatisfactory; she is consistently unavailable, unresponsive to phone calls, and the park's condition has significantly deteriorated. There are numerous potholes on the streets, which recently almost caused an accident and damaged a tire on my vehicle.
