Streets are not maintained at all and in horrible condition. They never salt at all.
Winter time with them is horrible. They do not clean the roads. Middle schools and high schools kids have to walk to the Oneida entrance and it’s dangerous for them since they don’t clean and salt good. Management never answers calls. I know multiple people that call and they never get their calls answered.
I have resided in this park for over six years, and the previous management was exceptional. However, approximately one year ago, the park was acquired by Osprey. The current manager's performance is unsatisfactory; she is consistently unavailable, unresponsive to phone calls, and the park's condition has significantly deteriorated. There are numerous potholes on the streets, which recently almost caused an accident and damaged a tire on my vehicle. I live in five oaks dr in Menasha and the playground is totally destroyed not to mention the high speed used by the residents of 5 oaks they almost ran over children who go out to play on the streets) most residents bother us that I hope they take action to improve the area for the children and so that they can play safely"
