Five-O Fitness offers a challenging 5 mile course with 30+ obstacles. The course comes complete with runs through trees, fields, creek crossings, along with all of your favorite (or least favorite) obstacles. Come train with us for all of your upcoming OCR races or mud runs. We are open on the weekends and by appointment on weekdays. Please contact us for more information and with any questions. This course was both challenging and fun! Highly recommend.
I've never been to a "Fitness Ranch" before. I didn't even know that was a thing, but this was certainly an awesome first experience. I came here by invitation of one of my friends/co-workers, not know what to expect and left with a complete and total feeling of satisfaction that few gyms have left me feeling.
