I had my schedule maintenance with these guys and I went in expecting to just so my oil change and change the air filters. Turns out my car wasn’t aging as gracefully as I would have liked and I had a bunch of other repairs ie replacing the alternator, some suspension work, long story short? Expensive. David and the team at Mid Atlantic Auto Works made this less than pleasant situation very comfortable for me and helped me figure out what was most important to do and how best to go about. The sunroof in my car got stuck and wouldn’t fully close. David did an incredible job manually fixing it and walked me through all the options, including costs and what would be the best long‑term solution. I definitely recommend him for any car issues.
Good overall experience, but definitely check pricing. Karen at the front desk was excellent—very knowledgeable and helpful. She also saved me about $76 by pointing out the shop charges a 3% credit card fee, so I paid another way. Really appreciated that. This was for a 13-year-old Lexus RX 350 with 151,000 miles.
