These Scavengers deserve a negative rating, from one to five, so consider my one star a negative 5 star. They are slum-lords of the worst description. All they are after is Profit and nothing else. One senior citizen single lady we know has mice running around in her apartment day and night, ruining furniture and clothes, and they're a serious health hazard, but the company can't or won't do anything to help.
