I helped this guy on a project in Cowichan, it was almost 1.5hr away from my place and it was snowing a lot at that time. His deal was stuck because of electrical and building inspection. I worked hard to get that done as soon as possible and asked for genuine amount for that work. I spent $1500 from my pocket. He doesn’t pay to trade mans stay away from this that builder we paint his house all job complete he did pay us any $
Terrible builder. Does not pay the trades that he hires to work on his projects or when he does pay, the cheque bounces. Awful way to do business.
STAY CLEAR! This builder is cheating people. He doesn't follow through on anything he promises. He owes everyone money, has fraudulently forged signatures, and has hundreds of thousands of dollars in warranty claims on multiple houses that he has abandoned that are now being fixed through Home Warranty directly. He has also been fined through BC Housing for misrepresenting himself. Builders like this need to be stopped!
