I'm still in shock at what happened to my nails yesterday, but huge shoutout to five L nails for making it right! As a regular client, I've always been impressed with their work, but yesterday was a fail. However, they didn't hesitate to fix it ASAP when I reached out. Their team is not only super talented but also genuinely caring and humble. Appreciate the effort to make things right and can't wait to get my nails done again!

Shame there is zero respect towards people with bookings. Ladies are clearly understaffed, 2 of them while 4 clients are already there and they still accepted 2 more walk ins at 4pm (closing at 6pm). I made my booking for 4pm, I am pregnant and cannot sit for extended period of time.. I don’t mind wait a bit but not 45-60 min of a delay… Sadly, this happens every time .. If you not prepared to spend there 2 hrs and value your time, go elsewhere
