We don’t have words to express how amazing this establishment is. It all started the night before we dined here when we found ourselves having to pee with nowhere to do so. In a last ditch effort we asked a kind looking waitress if we could go at #fivehorsestavern (henceforth referred to as FHT) and we were informed that a) of course and b) it is Massachusetts state law for establishments to allow everyone to use their bathrooms. Nice beer tap selection. They have been flights. Clean restrooms. Tasty food. Street parking if you can find any. They also do take out. Friendly staff. Very yummy fries. The place can be very noisy and hard to have conversations for date night.
Wonderful experience here last night. Service was fast, friendly, and extremely attentive. highly recommend the buffalo chicken rangoons & kale caesar for apps! Don’t think I’ve had a kale caesar I’ve liked more. We shared the steak tips (comes with mashed potato as well as steamed broccoli) and mac + cheese ~ everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly.
