We woke up to a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink, and I was bracing for a huge bill. The plumber answered right away, arrived within the hour, and found the problem quickly. He explained what went wrong, gave an upfront price, and had everything fixed in under two hours. He even laid down drop cloths and wiped up when he finished. No upselling, no surprises. Water pressure is better than ever. I'll be saving his number for next time!
