I would give zero starts if i could. Please hire people that know how to work..
So I went to five guys in Plattsburgh N.Y today 12/17/25. Don't get me wrong the food was awesome as usual. My issue was there was a sign in the resteraunt that said the potatoes for the fries were from Idaho but the the bags of potatoes on display said the potatoes were a product of Canada. So which is the truth? Why would five guys be buying potatoes from Canada instead of buying them from U.S. farmers.
The food is just ok. I was expecting more for 25 dollars i really don't see how you guys are still in business with the prices you charger. I have eat my first and last burger there. I can go to Wendy's and get the same food for half the price i mean really i can go get a good steak for the price you guys charge
Extremely overpriced. Higher cost does not always equal better tasting food. Grats 5 guya, you got me to spend $17 for a combo meal once, but never again
Everyone, this is NOT a restaurant. This is a corporate office. If you have a complaint you should email customer representatives and not leave a icky review where it won't really be seen. If you're looking for the restaurant, it's on King St.
