Got a pair of dirty shoes inside this restaurant on the floor. 22 South Clinton. Chicago Illinois. I told the worker behind the counter. They were looking for it where asking me. The customer service provided by the franchisee network in the Greater Philadelphia area (Rockham 5G PA LP, dba Five Guys - CEO: Drew Smith included) has been horrendous. I emailed with no response after I contacted customer service with a reoccurring issue. Anytime I placed an online order at one location in Philadelphia (Wyncote, PA), is was being sent for fulfillment at a completely different location, ACROSS town (Bala Cynwyd)! I didn’t want to leave a bad review on our local store because it’s not that location’s fault…but yesterday my boyfriend went to our local shop, ordered a bacon cheeseburger, fries and shake, and it was $25… the food was really good, service was great, BUT $25 at a fast food restaurant for these three items is insane.
I have been going to five guys for the awesome burgers and french fries for ever. My wife got sick 4 years ago and passed. The doctors told her no burgers and fried food anymore so I gave up everything she had to give up. With that I lost 90 lb and have kept it off. Last night I decided to break my tradition and go get 2 junior cheeseburgers loaded. We also got a Medium fry because I knew that the small fries were quite a lot and we wanted more fries.
