Alstell, GA location I’ve been coming to this location pretty much once a week for several years. Up until a year ago, I’ve always been happy with the food and service. But in the past year, things have changed. Now every time I come, there’s a different crew behind the counter. And they don’t come even close to the quality service I’ve come to expect. We had burgers at your 2929 N. Rock Road, Wichita, KS location. We were the only two customers there at 4pm on a Thursday 8/28/25. The music playing was excessively loud and was a very unpleasant musical taste for a resturant. We asked an employee if it could be turned down who inturn asked his manager to turn it down. The employee came out a little later and aplogized stating that the manager was not going to turn it down. Corporate needs to flip around who is the employee and who is the manager at your N. Got a pair of dirty shoes inside this restaurant on the floor. 22 South Clinton. Chicago Illinois. I told the worker behind the counter. They were looking for it where asking me. I pointed out too them on the floor. Told him that's a health issue. Now this lady wearing a five guy red shirt start yelling at me and she wasn't even behind the counter.
