Marlton NJ location The burgers used to be made fresh and a nice size. Now they pulled an already cooked burger out of the drawer and heated and slapped some cheese on it. This was the same size as McDonald’s Donald’s!! All for $9. I will never frequent a Five Guys again

Alstell, GA location I’ve been coming to this location pretty much once a week for several years. Up until a year ago, I’ve always been happy with the food and service. But in the past year, things have changed. Now every time I come, there’s a different crew behind the counter. And they don’t come even close to the quality service I’ve come to expect. We had burgers at your 2929 N. Rock Road, Wichita, KS location. We were the only two customers there at 4pm on a Thursday 8/28/25. The music playing was excessively loud and was a very unpleasant musical taste for a resturant. We asked an employee if it could be turned down who inturn asked his manager to turn it down. The employee came out a little later and aplogized stating that the manager was not going to turn it down. Corporate needs to flip around who is the employee and who is the manager at your N.
