I reported a fraudulent transaction when somebody attempted to use my card. I also called the store to tell them not to make this order, as it was scheduled as a delivery. Because of this, my name/phone number/email were put on a Do Not Serve last not only with Five Guys, but any company that uses the same online payment processing company. The fries need to be done faster not when customer walks through the door. I now skip the fries every single time and do burgers only, I’m not giving you my time for no reason
I have nothing bad to say. Good company
The food was ok but it wasn't worth what we paid!! Two cheeseburgers two fries a lg drink and a reg milkshake came to $58.?? Tell me how in this world is a burger, fries and a milkshake ever worth almost $30?? Plus we were charged more than the advertised price on the menu. I will never return to this place and will never recommend it to people I know. Don't get me wrong the food was ok but the service was less than adequate and the price was outrageous.

Outstanding from the moment I came through the door I was greeted and there’s a tall staff member guy who asked me on a couple occasions how things were and I always gave them a happy nod and thumbs up as the Burger was as usual outstanding and fresh along with the soft fries that I love lightly salted and the peanuts , ketchup & Malt vinegar to the automated Water machine.
