RecommendedSometimes you just need a big gooey burger, Five Guys delivers. I walked in hungry enough to eat a Cadillac, and could hardly think. Wish I would have got the nice man's name that took our order because he was awesome! The staff was laughing and having fun while never sacrificing efficiency or service. I have to say, it was a well needed change of pace from all the chaos in the world right now. Well done and five stars for Niagara Five Guys!!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wednesday night 10-14-20 at approx 10pm went to pick up a simple order. It was just a burger and small fry. The burger was sitting above the fry station and the fries were just being dropped when I walked in. I witnessed 1 male mopping the cooking area up front and the older female was prepping the order. While I waited I saw her remove the fries from the fryer then walk over to his mop bucket and bend over pushing it near the door that leads to the back. Over priced for just some darn burgers. $40 for three burgers and two fries. I thought I was getting a kids meal
Delicious food! I did curbside pickup. Had to wait a little extra longer because they were visibly busy. The guy who brought out the food apologized for the wait and said he threw extra fries in the bag. He sure did 🤣 Very friendly and the food was delicious as always.
Everything was great as usual but I think tonight they refried the fries. Some were burned or soggy!! I'm not the type to complain or return food but just thought maybe they had an off night.
We placed an online order at 5:15 pm for a grilled cheese, little cheeseburger and large fry. Pickup time was set for 5:45 pm. We were delayed and could not make it to pick up our food until 7:00 pm, it was actually a little after 7. There sat our grilled cheese and burger, but no fries. We asked and they said they forgot.
