Went there yesterday and all Point of Sales systems were down. Absolutely no options to order and the place was not very hygienic.
This Five Guy's NEVER disappoints. I've been here more times than I can count. The bathrooms and dining area are always clean, the staff are always kind and inviting with a warm smile, the milkshakes are perfect, the fries are hot, the toppings for the burgers are always very fresh which is a common problem with burger places, cheese always melty, buns never stale or hard, meat cooked perfectly. Dont think I can ever comeback first time trying it and experience wasn't good at all. The burger was made poorly felt like it was slapped together in 30 seconds, barley any toppings. got thrown into the big with the fries and wrapper became greasy. Not good service at all super overpriced for what it is
The burgers have lots of meat (double patty) and a large fries feeds enough for at least 3 people but the paper bag for takeout was pretty greasy. It is pricy although you get a lot of fries. $35 for 2 people is alot for fast food.
