I have been a loyal Five guys costumer since the first time I tried these magnificent burgers in Fort Myers, Florida back in year 2000. Ever since I’ve hunted its glorious flavour everywhere I travel having them in Kansas, Arizona, California, Oregon, Vancouver, and now in Calgary. Never in the 26 years of excellent service, had I had such a disgusting and disappointing experience as we did today at this location. Super excellent place for having your meals,
Came in a couple days ago and was standing at the register for almost 10 minutes until I finally got served, the workers looked at me like I was stupid then proceeded to speak in their own language right in front of me, super disrespectful and unprofessional, finally when a worker came up I couldn’t understand anything she was saying, the wait time was really long and I was starving but then when I got my food it was a bit worth it, as it was pretty good, only issue was the bun was a bit soggy but I did not mind it, another ... read more
