Feels a bit unsafe
I absoutlely love this location. They are generous with toppings, made fresh, and staff is always polite to customers. Clean washrooms and tables, with peanuts available to enjoy whilw you dine it. Only location I go to! Bacon double cheeseburger is my favourite and their fries are so delicious.
I’ve been eating at Five Guys for over 20 years across dozens of locations all over North America, so I know exactly what their food is supposed to taste like. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Laird location was a massive disappointment. The food tasted completely different—and far worse—than any other location I’ve ever visited. Honestly, the burgers are fantastic, its clean and the staff are friendly. But if it's not super busy, the burger patty should be on the griddle within the first few minutes of placing the order. It shouldn't take nearly 20 minutes to get a simple burger. I'd understand if it was busy at the time.
