Paid for our food and was then informed that they were out of hot dog buns. Got a large fries that they just dumped in the bag on top of our other items. Burger was decent but the experience took away from it. Also very expensive for what you get. This was a one and done!
Ordered and payed for a hot dog. After the Transaction was completed i was advised they do not have hot dog rolls. I was not given the option to get a refund or choose another menu item, I had to take it on a hamburger roll or they can “just put it into a bowl”. Customer service attitude way below standards for the amount of money they charge. This is a one and done for me. I will not be back to that location.
Very over priced. You get lot's of fries but they are greasy.....

COLD FOOD. Worst Five Guys I ever visited. Jan 12, 2026 at 7:30 pm. Burgers ok, just barely warm, slab of cold unmelted cheese on both burgers. Fries were just barely warm. Why when you have only 3 tables and no wait. Won't be back to this Five Guys. COLD FOOD doesn't work for us!!! CONTACTED CORPERATE at their request. Spent $31.76 and they want to just REPLACE the FRIES!! NO WAY. NEVER AGAIN FIVE GUYS!! KEEP your cold fries and Burgers.
