Did a last minute large lunch order and the staff couldn't have been better. They were quick with the food and friendly!
Very disappointed with this location every single time I’ve been in. Most recently takes the cake though and I’ve had enough at this point to write this review. It’s going to take a long time for me to return and decide to spend money at this location. I no longer have trust in the employees and taking the correct safety precautions for food allergies when prepping food. Food was great as always, staff was amazing and helpful. It was pretty expensive as normal but it's five guys and they always are. They were fast and the staff was amazing because of there passion to have good service.
I love Five Guys! Great tasting burgers. Every time I go there it’s clean and the food is fresh and delicious. I really hope they last in Grafton. Ozaukee county is a weird place for restaurants. People are super picky but have the palette of hamburger helper and soup can casseroles. The prices are a little high but I know I always get quality. I don’t mind paying more for that.
