They forgot my fries and wouldn’t give me a refund !!
Food is awesome.
There was a school fundraiser the night I went and it was slammed- took a (comparatively) long time to get our food BUT with a lot of grumpy customers and a packed house, the Five Guys working were still good sports, worked their tails off, and stayed positive. I thought that was really cool.
This poor guy Jordan who’s has been nothing but amazing today taking on a whole store with no staff and still providing the most excellent customer experience I’ve ever gotten .. thank you for having a guy like him he makes the real difference for 5 guys .. mind you all alone and still getting it done that’s impressive
