POOR SERVICE AT BEST We had a very disappointing experience at Five Guys. Our group came in with 20+ people and spent a significant amount of money, expecting a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere. Instead, halfway through our meal, the assistant general manager came out and scolded our entire party because some of the younger kids had made a mess with peanut shells.
