Five Guys is our go to for fast food but this Buford location was horrible. We ordered ahead online, got there a few minutes late and walked in to an overcrowded room of about 50 people just waiting for their orders. The room was disgusting - clearly they were understaffed and overwhelmed. Many customers walked out and some commented to have even waited almost 2 hours with still no food.
